What can be changed?

The simple answer: everything can be changed.

We build our Zendesk Themes with the understanding that every business is different and has different needs for their Zendesk Guides. 

Changes via user interface

Zendesk Guide allows the following to be changed within its interface:

• Logo (png or jpeg format is required)
• Favicon
• Main Banner (of the homepage)
• Language
• Name of the Help Center

Changes via the code

If you are familiar with HTML and CSS, you can make most of the changes by yourself:

• Colors
• Custom Links
• Header
• Footer
• Layout changes
• Fonts
• etc
