Changes via user interface
Zendesk Guide allows the following to be changed within its interface:
- Logo (png or jpeg format is required)
- Favicon
- Main Banner (of the homepage)
- Language
- Name of the Help Center
Changes via the code
If you are familiar with HTML and CSS, you can make most of the changes by yourself:
- Colors
- Custom Links
- Header
- Footer
- Layout changes
- Fonts
- etc

If you're not comfortable making the changes yourself, our team is available to assist. In general, we provide three type of services: Installation, Branding, Customization.
